Design a connected mobile LPR enforcement workflow for plate scanning, exception review, digital or printed notices, towing, payments, and appeals.

Finding a possible violation is only one moment in parking enforcement. The operator still needs to confirm the facts, choose an appropriate action, create evidence, communicate with the driver, and preserve a record for payment or appeal.

When those steps live in separate systems, every handoff creates delay and risk. A plate may be copied incorrectly. A payment update may arrive after a notice is issued. A repeat violator may look like a first occurrence. An appeal reviewer may lack the evidence the patroller saw.

Stage 1: Make the parking rule machine-readable

Enforcement starts before the patrol. Translate operating policy into clear system rules:

Stage 3: Scan the property

The patrol method should fit the facility. Drive-through scanning can cover accessible rows quickly. Foot patrol can reach tight garages, ramps, nested areas, and locations where driving would be inefficient or unsafe.
